Hi, I’m Amber — the hands and heart behind Amber Kneads Dough. What started as a weekend hobby turned into a full-blown love affair with sourdough. After Months of experimenting (and plenty of flour-covered fails), I found my rhythm in the slow, mindful art of naturally leavened bread.

Baking from home allows me to create small batches with care, using only simple, quality ingredients. No additives, no rush — just time, technique, and tradition.
